A free Presentation by David Beard on practical solutions for healthy living including developing healthy habits that we can all use and the seven characteristics of people who live a long and fulfilling life.

Lake Monger Community Shed is hosting the event for its members and guests of members are also welcome to attend.

Some light food (hopefully healthy) will be available to nourish the mind. The Recreation Club will operate a cash bar for beverages.
